Terms & Conditions
Purchasing an NFT grants the buyer ownership of the token on the blockchain, not the copyright of the digital artwork.
The buyer receives a limited, non-commercial, personal-use license of the associated artwork.
No refunds are allowed except in case of proven technical error.
Users are responsible for the security of their wallets and private keys.
The agency reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Entity Information
The NFT Project «Chronivis» and the «Resilensia» NFT Collection are presented by Tech & Creative Solutions, which is currently under development as a digital initiative. No legal entity has yet been formally established; all operations are conducted within the framework of web3 technology and will be formalized in the future.

Copyright of the artworks belongs to The Canvas Chronicler, Jorge Salomón.
Purchasing an NFT grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, transferable license for personal and non-commercial use (private display, social media, resale of the NFT).
All reproduction, adaptation, and commercial exploitation rights are reserved unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Royalties on secondary sales will be applied as defined in the smart contract.
